  • ·        If the applicant accepts our all terms and conditions then he/she can take advantage of our services and can apply for the job in our placement company. Before applying for the job in our placement company, the applicant must read our terms and conditions carefully. Our terms and conditions are given below:
  • ·        Before applying for the job, the applicant will have to register in our placement company. The applicant will have to pay Rs. 600/-(Six Hundred only) for File Opening/ registration charges in our company. it is one time fees with 1 Yr validity.
  • ·        The applicant must have his/her signature on the documents which have been given by applicant to us.
  • ·        If any document is incorrect, we will cancel applicant’s job or membership application without any notice.
  • ·        In this waiting period, applicant can’t ask any questions regarding his/her job application. About applicant’s job application process, we will be emailed to the applicant from time to time.
  • ·        After applying for the job, the applicant will have to wait 10 Days.
  • ·        After applying for the job, the applicant will make an agreement with us. All our terms and conditions will be written on that agreement. In making the agreement the cost will be paid by the applicant.
  • ·        We reserve the right to reject applicant’s job or membership application without assigning any reason.
  • ·        We have the right to make all such modifications or editing in applicant’s job or membership application.
  • ·        Agent’s responsibility will be to work as a mediator till the job or membership is approved and collects all the papers related to the job or membership and submit the same to our company. Moreover, the agent has no authority or responsibility in disbursing the job or membership to any applicant.
  • ·        If applicant cannot submit necessary papers (related to the job or membership) within the stipulated period of time, papers found false or incomplete then our company will accept that applicant has failed to fulfill all the formalities of our company.
  • ·        In this circumstance our company will have a total right to reject the job or membership application of this particular.
  • ·        In the event of rejected job or membership case, the applicant will have no right to ask/claim for the refund of deposited fees. (Membership fees or job application fees is non-refundable to the applicant).
  • ·        · If you leave this company within 1 month of joining and need our assistance for getting second job, we will assist you free of cost. But If you need our assistance for second job after 1 month of working in first company, you will have to pay Rs 600 again as registration.  
  • ·        Any fees charged by Jyotsna HR Management Pvt Ltd respect providing of the job ,including but not limited to services ,handling and other fees, are non –refundable .such charges will be as notified by Jyotsna HR , From Time to time.
  •  ·        · We will give you maximum 5 (five) interviews attempt. If you do not get selected in these five attempts you will have to re- register with Rs 600 with us.
  • ·        Any dispute arises between our company and the applicant will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable. Any dispute arises between our company and the applicant will be subject to the jurisdiction of Agra.
